Bartley Road site is expected to yield 115 residential units of average size 740 sq ft.

Located near Cheng Lim LRT station on the Sengkang LRT line, Anchorvale Crescent site is estimated to yield 540 units of 860 sq ft on average.
Tampines Avenue 10 site will yield 715 units of similar size. At an established residential area, the site has accessibility to numerous schools such as Junyuan Secondary School, Springfield Secondary School and Temasek Polytechnic.
