This new website features unique information on HDB Built-to-Order (BTO) properties including details on upcoming launches and pricing forecasts. “This free site contains all the information a young buyer needs to make a decision about whether or not to buy an upcoming BTO,” said Jeremy Lee, Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer.
The website consists of five sections:

In this section, SRX Property compiles details on each upcoming BTO launch so that the user can easily compare and contrast them.
Currently, this section contains detailed information on four BTO launches: Bedok, Bidadari, Kallang/Whampoa, and Punggol.
This section helps buyers forecast the price of a BTO and estimate the monthly cash payment they would likely pay above the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Ordinary Account (OA) contribution.
Typically BTO units are priced at an 18% to 33% discount to comparable HDB resale flats. As a result, it is possible to forecast a price range well before HDB sets the price and use it for financial planning.

This calculation is based on the median price forecast for each BTO type but it gives buyers a rough guide as to how much they would expect to pay above the CPF OA contribution on a monthly basis.
