No. With the exception of the monthly SMS update on your home value, we send you only information that you ask us to send. Please see that the right hand column of your Property Tracker that allows you to switch on or off property alerts and property intelligence (i.e., our eNewsletter).
Are my personal details protected after I sign up for mySG Home?
Yes. Our database and processes are in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Will I be inundated with calls from real estate agents?
No. PDPA applies.
Who can see mySG Home webpage?
Only you, unless you share your password with someone else.
Can someone sign up for this service to monitor a property other than the one they are living in?
Possibly. A buyer, for example, could register to monitor a property he or she is interested to purchase. Or, a landlord might monitor the property you are renting.
Note: You are currently allowed to monitor one property at a time and change to a different postal code only three times.
Why do you need my mobile number?
For two reasons: security (like your bank) and to provide you with a monthly update.

How do I change my account's mobile number?
Step 1: Log in to your Tracker webpage (e.g., srx.com.sg/<postal code>) using your old mobile number.
Step 2: Go to My Accounts at the top right corner of the page.
Step 3: Remove mySG Home address and register again. Please note that you can only do so three times a year.
