According to the SRX Price Index for Condo Resale:

Month-on-month, overall prices increase by 0.1% over May 2021.

Year-on-year, overall prices increase by 6.8% over June 2020.

Year-on-year, all regions experience price increases: CCR by 6.2%, RCR by 6.5% and OCR by 7.1%.

An estimated 1,510 units are resold in June 2021, a 12.6% decrease from the 1,727 units resold in May 2021.

Volumes are 198.4% higher than in June 2020, and 83.9% higher than the 5-year average volumes for the month of June.

Breaking down by regions, in June 2021, 58.4% of the volumes are from OCR, 23.7% from RCR and 17.9% from CCR.
- The highest transacted price for a resale unit in the month is achieved at $19.8 million at Sculptura Ardmore.
- In RCR, the highest transacted price is a unit at Regency Suites resold for $5.7 million.
- In OCR, the highest transacted price is a unit at Clementiwoods Condominium resold for $2.8 million.
- Overall median capital gain is $170,000 in June 2021. This represents a decrease of $20,800 from May 2021. The capital gain or loss of a condo resale unit is calculated by comparing the current transacted price with the previous transacted price of the same unit.

District 21 (Clementi / Upper Bukit Timah) posts the highest median capital gain at $535,000, followed by District 10 (Tanglin / Holland / Bukit Timah) at $351,468.

District 4 (Sentosa / Harbourfront) posts the lowest median capital gain at $66,770, followed by District 16 (Bedok / Upper East Coast) at $110,000.
