I am absolutely impressed with Nizam's professionalism and I mean really. He's not only Mr Nice, he's Mista Cool. I am all the more impressed because I could directly compare him to another housing agent's performance and I tell you it's day and night. Nizam you are thorough, helpful, organised with a great follow through. You are definitely cut out for the service industry - it's not just a job for you but you are a sincere service provider.

Mr nice is a very nice agent - true to his name. His words may be a little playful; but hey - i do not mind at all. It lightens the weight of having a BIG responsibility on my frailing shoulders. Even my 4 kids feel comfortable when he was with us; be our mediator in our adventurous house hunting journey. He listens to every lil detail so as to understand his client. His willingness to spend time in order to save time gave me the assurance that everything will go smoothly with Allah's will.

Encik Nizam is a gem. I googled for ‘good housing agent’ and his name popped up. Dropped him a text and he replied in less than an hour. And he matched all the descriptions that the reviews mentioned. Thorough, helpful, patient, promptness. Encik Nizam was prompt in answering any queries my husband and I had, no need to chase him. He was honest, when he genuinely is not sure, he will check and get back to us. His experience in housing matters is reflected in his clear explanations about the procedures and terms which us (first time buyers) are clueless about. And you know that he is sincere, and not just trying to push sales. He has your best interest at heart; listening intently to your plans in regards to housing and advising accordingly. And gave us tips on what to look out for when house hunting! No regrets engaging him, completed our buying of flat in 4 months.
