Malay landlady looking for suitable Tenants (after a family of 3 vacated her flat recently) to help maintain her simple flat which is undergoing minor reno in the Kitchen.
If u have your own furnitures OR if u need to install aircon (which is not provided for now), can be discussed.
Family is prefered or a group of friends are welcome to take up this space.
Landlady will be using the Storeroom to keep her belongings.
