*All rooms are for one person only unless indicated. Prices subject to change.
Services include:
• Utilities (air-conditioning, gas and water)
• High speed Wi-fi connectivity
• Weekly cleaning of common areas and rooms except for dishwashing
• Includes use of condo facilities: swimming pool, gym, BBQ pits, jacuzzi
• No smoking and no pets on the premises
• Light cooking allowed
• Visitors allowed on the premises before 10pm. No overnight visitor
• No landlord staying, co-living environment

If interested to take up the room, to place a *non-refundable* booking fee of $300. (A portion of the security deposit (SD) paid in advance. After signing agreement will transfer the SD balance. Upon move in will collect 1 month rental.)
