*Recurring Payments:*
1) $60 maintenance fee monthly on top of rent (covers aircon and minor repair cost, bed and wardrobe not covered so ensure to check before moving in)

If interested to take up the room, to place a *non-refundable* booking fee of $300. (A portion of the security deposit (SD) paid in advance. After signing agreement will transfer the SD balance. Upon move in will collect 1 month rental.)
