On hindsight, I regretted accepting the deal from the other side, as it can be predicted, me as the landlord is being dumped with requests and no help from the other agent.
Although Katherine didn’t represent me this time, when my tenancy ends, I’m sure to look forward to her service and yes! The other agent had just lost another loyal customer.

I came to this industry after passing all my RES papers on 1st attempt, amidst my full time job commitment, my family and with the competitions of many young graduates and experienced exams-retakers. I felt elated because the RES exams are tough. Very tough indeed for most people, especially I am a matured “student”. However, it shows my level of commitment and true passion to join this industry to serve my customers, friends and relatives with pride, responsibility and strong conscience. I have had bad share of experience with agents in my past properties buy and rental matters so i promise myself not to do the same to my customers. And I plan to carry my integrity and true passion into the Property Agent Market with strong hold of commitment and responsibility.
