Hi, I'm June Chiam.

Property is my passion. There are only that many opportunities in one's lifetime for investors or would-be investors to move into property. Many thought that they have “missed the boat“ because of fear and lack of knowledge. This is where I can value add to my clients.

I believe that your property is first and foremost a home. Money is not something we can bring to our graves, but money can be used to purchase a beautiful home where you can spend many enjoyable evenings with your family.

Secondly, properties can also be used as an investment. With the right analytical techniques, we can together hunt for properties that present good entry price with limited risks and good potential returns.

It gives me great satisfaction when I can help my clients sell their homes in the shortest possible time and souce for their dream homes. Many times, clients don't even realise that there are better buys out there than what they imagined. This is where I can help to shorten the process and hunt for the best deals. Selling and buying a house need not be a protracted affair! It can be as fast as within a month!
