Darren holds a Bsc(Hons) from the School of Building & Real Estate (NUS). He started his career with ERA in October 2003 and currently head more than 140 agents in Shine Group. Darren obtained his Cert-in-CEHA in 2004 and is NSRS Certified in 2005. Darren has been a member of ERA Multi-Million Dollar Club since February 2005 and has been in ERA’s Annual Top Producers List since 2004. Darren is a SAEA Certified Global Real Estate Specialist and is also a recipient of the inaugural SAEA Excellence Award in 2010.
Darren specializes in Property Portfolio Management and has done many cross-border transactions. Darren is the Top Division Director in 2013 and the Top Senior Division Director in 2014 for the entire ERA Singapore network. Darren is also ranked No.4 in Asia Pacific (Highest ranked Singaporean) for the highest number of transactions for the entire ERA Asia-Pacific Network for 2013.
