Cheryl Lum

Cheryl graduated from the Singapore Management University of Singapore in 2008. Backed with a Bachelor’s degree (Merit) of Business Management with double majors in Finance and Marketing, Cheryl spent 9 rewarding years in the Banking industry, specializing in mortgage and corporate loans. Cheryl experienced working in local and foreign banks and had the opportunity to work with various internal and external stakeholders. Due to the nature of her job and strong advocacy to uphold the Bank’s code of conduct regarding standards of behaviour expected of an employee, maintaining a culture of strong ethics, integrity and transparency has been ingrained in her and they have since become values that she will take with her and abide by in her life.

In year 2018, Cheryl’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to helping out at her husband’s store at Orchard Plaza, Sonic Sound Audio and Sonic Sound Music to sell audio and music equipment.

Cheryl’s interest to manage her family and relatives real estate needs and property investments sparked her to take a leap of faith and venture into real estate at the end of 2018. She has obtained the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) course completion certification awarded by the Life Mastery Academy, and is registered with the Council for Estate Agencies. She is currently a real estate salesperson at the Real Estate Agency (REA), ERA Singapore.
