Two Estate Agencies Elected to the Singapore Real Estate Exchange (SRX™)

2 January 2014. The Singapore Real Estate Exchange (SRX™) has elected Global Property Strategic Alliance Private Limited (GPS) and SLP Group of Agencies to membership in its consortium of elite estate agencies.

As members of SRX, agents for GPS and SLP will be able to provide their clients with privileged transactions and other property information. In addition, GPS and SLP agents will have access to the full array of SRX™ Enterprise, the only integrated, mobile real estate platform in the world. This electronic marketplace includes specialized, expert networks for new property marketing, co-broking of genuine listings, valuations, financing, and other property-related services.

Before becoming a member in SRX, an estate agency must be in good standing and pass a rigorous qualification process that evaluates and measures its performance in key service areas. Upon successful completion, the estate agency stands for election before SRX's member companies.

SRX member companies represent over 70% of Singapore's registered agents, 89% of resale transactions, and much of new property marketing. The Exchange now consists of thirteen members: PropNex, HSR, OrangeTee, DWG, ERA, DTZ, C&H, Savills, RE/MAX, ECG, Huttons, GPS, and SLP.
