Vincent’s focus areas have expanded from the HDBs and condominiums to include the private residential properties today. He splits his time between serving his clients of homeowners and investors, and recruiting, training, and working with his team of Real Estate Salespersons.

Realising how he will not buy from an irritating salesman who constantly pushes a product, but from the professional salesperson who competently explains the different choices and then lets the customer decide, Vincent translated the right methods to himself and the way he does his business. He shows his clients assets that would be the most valuable to them, explains the risks and upsides coherently, and then allows his clients to make their decision amongst the options.
