Toh Chai Sia

Had a wonderful experience working with Caixia. She is always responsive, patient, and takes the time to understand our needs. Thanks for making the whole process so smooth — truly appreciate her help!

Outstanding service for my property agent, Caixia. Her hardworking attitude and endless effort truly set her apart. She went above and beyond at every stage by offering financial assurance and knowledge. Moreover, she kept me fully informed, and was always available to answer questions and offer reassurance. Caixia’s expert negotiation skills and dedication helped me secure the property at a value which I was very satisfied with. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Caixia to anyone looking for a professional property agent.

Finally! Sold our HDB — and at a record high in our area. 🎉🏡

To Winchester, Cai Xia, and Crystal. Thank you for walking this journey with me.
Winchester
A huge thank you to you!
This was a big and honestly scary move for me. Your strategy and financial clarity changed everything. After sitting down with you, our purchasing budget increased by almost $400K, not because we were reckless, but because we finally understood the numbers properly.
You bridged the gap between theory and execution, between mortgage broker and property agent, and that made all the difference. You tracked timelines meticulously, guided me step by step, and ensured the entire process moved smoothly. Instead of hiring just one agent, I gained an entire team.
I truly would not have done this without you. Thank you for your patience and steady guidance throughout. ❤️

Cai Xia & Crystal
Cai Xia is like Thor, operating at lightning speed ⚡ — viewings arranged promptly, follow-ups sharp and decisive, and constant attention to details while giving us advice on the new property.
Crystal is meticulous and relentless in her follow-ups, always supporting the team quietly but powerfully behind the scenes.
Both of you are absolute powerhouses. ❤️
All of you went far beyond the usual responsibilities of an agent. In many ways, you stepped into the role of trusted consultants, each bringing your own specialised expertise, guiding not just a transaction but an important life decision.
Last but not least, thank you Winanto for your continuous encouragement and care. ❤️
I’m deeply thankful for each of you. This journey felt far less overwhelming because I wasn’t walking it alone. ❤️

Hi Caixia! Sorry for the late reply 😅
Thank you so much for your help and support during my stay at Ivory Heights! You’ve always been friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. I really appreciate your efforts in making our stay comfortable. 😊

I had a wonderful experience finding a house in Singapore with you. I was in a rush finding an accommodation, as school was starting in two days, and you helped me by responding rapidly, guiding me to different apartments, and assisted in setting up my living here. Thank you for your support 🙏

//I'm really grateful to Caixia for all her support during my stay at Ivory Heights! ❤️

She is always incredibly responsive and quick to reply whenever I contact her. Whenever I have any concerns or issues, she is always kind, helpful, and willing to assist.

One experience that really stood out to me was when there was a strong smell from repainting work. Even though it was past midnight, she came over to help us with the situation. I was truly impressed by how much she cares about her tenants.

I also really appreciate how she brings the tenants together and creates a friendly atmosphere, even organizing dinner gatherings for everyone!

As someone living in Singapore for the first time, having such a caring and reliable agent made a big difference. Thank you so much, Caixia, for making my stay at Ivory Heights such a positive experience! 🥰❤️

//Aww Caixia, thank you so much for your lovely message! 🥹❤️

I'm really grateful that I got to meet you during my time in Singapore. You've made my first experience living abroad so much more comfortable and memorable!

I'm also really sorry that I'm not very good at keeping up with messages and always end up replying so late. 😭 Thank you so much for always being so patient and understanding with me!

I'm going to miss Ivory Heights and everyone here so much! If I ever get the chance to live in Singapore again after returning to Japan, I'd absolutely love to stay at one of your properties again! 🥰

Thank you again for everything! Sending you lots of love and hugs too! ❤️❤️
