Stella Thio

Stella Thio is a well-known figure amongst the top producers at PropNex Realty Pte Ltd. She was a former Senior Dealing Director at the largest securities firm in Singapore.

She is well known for her keen understanding of property market dynamics and macroeconomics, both local and global. She has conducted several talks and webinars on this subject matter and has garnered a good following of attendees for her sessions on market updates, especially the series of talks “Debunking The Myths”.

Stella has been appointed as Project Chief for more than 10 luxury projects, including the uber lux Skywaters Residences, ultra lux projects such as Boulevard 88, Klimt Cairnhill, Eden Residences Capitol, South Beach Residences, Nouvel 18 and New Futura. Other popular lux projects such The Avenir, Irwell Hill Residences, Martin Modern and Meyer Mansion were also helmed by her as Project Chief.

Her expertise lies in seeking out the right products with good potential upside for her clients. She is able to advise on the pros and cons of the various real estate developments, especially in the Core Central Region, and has the ability to highlight the pitfalls of real estate investment, if not done correctly.

In addition to assisting her clients to reassess their portfolios, Stella also provides consultation on their plans for wealth accumulation using real estate as a platform. She believes that the way to client longevity and fulfillment is based on value adding to her clients.

Stella is also a strong advocate for the well-being of her associates and real estate salespersons as a whole. For the last few years she has been the inaugural chairperson for PropNex’s “union'' called the RES (Real Estate Salespersons) Chapter. She and the Committee are tasked to work closely with SISEU (Singapore Industrial and Services Employees’ Union) under the umbrella of NTUC to discuss ways to protect agents against unfair practices.
