For some estimation, taking the train to City Hall will take you only about 21 minutes over 10 stations. Furthermore, Buangkok MRT station will be three stations away from the upcoming Punggol Coast Terminus, which is due to being operation in 2023, and one station away from Hougang MRT Station, part of the upcoming Cross-Island Line which links directly to Tampines and the east.
