It all began in late 2005 when our founders Martin Koh and Sherry Tang decided to join the property industry. The dynamic husband and wife team had a vision – to gather a team of the finest property consultants to provide the Finest Property Experience #FinestPropertyExperience for our clients and to provide strong leadership in the property industry.
The hardworking couple had a brisk start in the property industry even though the market conditions were not favourable then. Throughout the years, they built their reputation in the industry and they always achieved the top ranking producers awards in the various property firms which they joined.
Then in September 2014, both Martin and Sherry decided to start their own property brokerage firm and AsianPrime Properties Pte Ltd was established.

- June 2009 to December 2009: Knight Frank Singapore, Deputy Head of Business Unit
- January 2009 to August 2014: DTZ Network Pte Ltd, Senior Sales Director

Martin Koh is a highly motivated and driven property professional with more than 15 years of experience who love to share his experience with his fellow property consultants.
Martin took over as KEO for AsianPrime Properties after acquiring his REA Certification in May 2017. His aim is to take the company to greater heights.
Besides property consultancy, Martin is also a highly sought after CPD and RES Trainer. He is currently teaching in RIA.

Sherry Tang has a reputation of outstanding client care. She extends a dynamic sales history with a philosophy of consistent hard work, strategic planning and personalised service for her clients.
