When I engaged an agent to sell my house back in the 90s, I became curious about what it would take to become a real estate agent.
An opportunity arose when my friend invited me to attend a real estate talk with her. I immediately agreed, and that talk was the start of my real estate career. It led me to take the Common Examination for Housing Agents (CEHA), where I passed and was fully qualified to undertake all forms of real estate businesses. That was back in 2001, and since then I haven’t looked back, I simply enjoyed the work.
Over the years, I have developed great trust with my clients and our collaboration has expanded to not only their residential properties but their commercial and industrial properties as well.
I sincerely believe that the trust was built from not only the knowledge I have acquired from my many years of experience, but most importantly, my commitment to act only in their best interests.
