We decided to sell our HDB flat after Reyan shared and discussed with us the reason for doing so. On one hand we were hoping for futher price appreciation from the upcoming MRT line but contending with reducing tenure.Reyan thought otherwise and advised us to cash out instead. We managed to get a good valuation and selling price when the house was sold. In fact a few months after our house was sold, it went much lower. We were glad Reyan's knowledge had served us well in our decision making.
