For more than 16 years, I have been helping homeowners, buyers, investors, landlords and tenants navigate their property journeys across HDB, private residential, landed, commercial and industrial properties.
My philosophy is simple: put people before transactions.
I believe clients can tell when an agent genuinely cares about their interests, just as they can tell when someone is focused only on closing a deal. That is why I focus on understanding my clients’ objectives and providing honest advice before recommending any course of action.
There have been occasions where I advised homeowners not to sell because I felt it was not in their best interest at that point in time. I believe doing what is right for my clients is more important than chasing a commission.
Many of my clients continue to return years later for advice and assistance, and I remain committed to serving every client with sincerity, professionalism and integrity.
