I am writing to give a feedback on the service Mrs May Lee gave us during our six-month stay in Singapore.

Mrs May Lee has been remarkable since the first day we met her. She directly understood our needs and helped us getting a dreamt apartment here in Singapore.

The flat was perfectly located, in a lovely residence with many facilities and a nice staff. We felt very safe and comfortable, in the apartment but also in our neighbourhood relationships.

Mrs May Lee also helped us a lot with the administrative requirements before, during and after our stay. Real estate procedures are quite different in Singapore than in France, thus we really appreciate May Lee's help and assistance in the matter.

Furthermore, May Lee has been very professional, careful and reactive. We knew that we could count on her and her expertise had we face a problem or have an interrogation. For instance, she perfectly managed to get our leaking bathroom fixed very quickly at the beginning of our stay.

Last but not least, she has been totally supportive with our situation and COVID-19. Even in these difficult times she managed to help us.

I really appreciate her services and will warmly recommend her should any of my relatives require some help housing in Singapore.

On behalf of my flatmates and I, who lived in Parc Oasis condominium from early January to early June, here is the feedback for having had May Lee as an agent.

We are entirely satisfied of her services. Indeed, we first of all truly appreciated her kindness and amiability: exchanging with her was very pleasant. She inspired us trust, which is a huge plus as we were totally new to the country. Moreover, she was very reactive when needed, for instance for gas, AC or bathroom issues. She also made all the administrative processes easier for us as non SIngaporean with clear and comprehensive emails to detail every step we had to go through (be it for the payments or for the deposits refunds). She was open for any potential interrogation and very understanding.

I was looking to rent a unit that had fierce competition from newer and slightly more spacious developments nearby. If not for May’s efforts, it would have possibly sat vacant.
