Coliving Company TERMS N CONDITIONS
Rental inclusive:
-WiFi
-Utilities
-Weekly cleaning services
-Utilities covered up to $400 (Excess amount share and bear by number of tenants in the house)
-Customer service hotline
-visitor is allowed but cannot stay overnight
-Can cook but must clean up
- no landlord is staying
Additionally borne by the tenant:
- $25 aircon fee monthly on top of rent (covers aircon servicing, top up of gas if needed, chemical washing if needed)
- Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months) paid to government IRAS
- Admin fee $50 ( one time ) n one time
Moving out fee $30.00
Things to take note:
- 7 days warranty period for your room
- Minor repair cost capped at $200 (first $200 borne by tenant for room or divided per head for communal space, excess is borne by company)
- Total 6 rooms in the unit, co-living shared space concept . If is a common room , shared bathroom , shared kitchen , shared washing machine
If interested, to place a non-refundable booking fee of $300. (A portion of the security deposit (SD) paid in advance. After signing agreement will transfer the SD balance. Upon move in will collect 1 month rental.)
Room can only be reserved for 2-3 days using the non-refundable reservation fee.
Should you terminate the lease earlier than the fixed term , one month deposit will be forfeited and liable for the prorated agent commission paid by landlord
First come first serve, booking fee can be placed anytime.
