- [ ] - Utilities covered up to $400 (Excess amount share and bear by number of tenants in the house)
- [ ] - Customer service via App
- [ ] Additionally borne by the tenant:
- [ ] - $55 maintenance fee monthlyon top of rent (covers aircon and minor repair costs due to wear n tear .
- [ ] Negligent damage may still be chargeable . Bed and wardrobe not covered so ensure to check before moving in)
- [ ] - Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months) one time
- [ ] - Admin fee $54.50one time fee + moving out cleaning fee $32.70 one time fee
- [ ] Things to take note:
- [ ] - 7 days warranty period for your room
- [ ] - Total 6 rooms in the unit, co-living shared space concept
- no staying with landlord
- cooking and visitors are allowed , strictly no staying overnight for visitors
- [ ] If interested to take up the room, to place a non-refundable booking fee of $300. (A portion of the security deposit (SD) paid in advance. After signing agreement will transfer the SD balance. Upon move in will collect 1 month rental.) one month rental deposit is required if the moving in date is more than a month upon booking of rooms
- [ ] Should you terminate the lease prior expiry date ,Security deposit will be forfeited plus you need to compensate the prorated commission paid by landlord to the agent .
- [ ] First come first serve, booking fee can be placed anytime.
