Rent is inclusive of the below and negotiable.
(a) Professional weekly cleaning inclusive of common areas and rooms
(b) High speed internet connection
(c) Utilities cap of up to $300 per unit
(d) Mixed gender environment unless otherwise stated
Mandatory monthly maintenance fee of $50.
The fee will cover the aircon units (indoor and outdoor) and handywork maintenance needed in the room/unit, except for repairs that are caused by the Tenant’s negligence or wilful misconduct. If the tenant damages the property, they will be responsible for the repair costs. Pest control services are borne fully by the tenants.
