Additionally borne by the tenant:
- Monthly rental + $70 (including aircon servicing n minor repair cost ) & (covers aircon servicing, top up of gas if needed, chemical washing if needed)
- Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months)
- One-time admin $54.50+ one-time moving out cleaning service fee $32.70

If interested, place a non-refundable booking fee of $300. (A portion of the security deposit (SD) is paid in advance. After signing the agreement, will transfer the SD balance. Upon move-in will collect 1 month's rental.)
