Room Rental. Room inclusive as follows:
- 1 Pax stay only
- WiFi
- Weekly cleaning services
- Utilities covered up to $400 (Excess amount shared and bear by number of tenants in the house)
- Customer service
Additionally borne by the tenant:
- $60 aircon fee monthly on top of rent (covers aircon servicing, top up of gas if needed, chemical washing if needed)
- Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months)
- The admin fee is $54.50
- Check out fee at $32.70
Things to take note of:
- 6 days warranty period for your room
- Minor repair cost capped at $200 (first $200 borne by the tenant for the room or divided per head for communal space, the excess is borne by the company)
- Total 6 rooms in the unit, co-living shared space concept

If interested, place a non-refundable booking fee of $300. (A portion of the security deposit (SD) is paid in advance. After signing the agreement, will transfer the SD balance. Upon move-in will collect 1 month's rental.)
