CMA Mental Arithmetic Toa Payoh is offering its premises for co-sharing / part-time space rental during selected non-operating hours.
The centre is already fitted out as a professional enrichment centre, making it suitable for education-related operators who want a ready-to-use space without committing to a full-time lease.
Available Time Slots
Mondays: Whole day available
Tuesdays: Whole day available
Wednesdays to Fridays: 8:00am to 2:00pm only
Other time slots are not available, as the centre is used for regular classes.
Preferred Tenant Profiles
We prefer users whose business is compatible with an enrichment-centre environment, such as:
* Enrichment operators
* Tuition teachers
* Academic coaching providers
* Speech, reading or learning support providers
* Small group workshops
* Training providers
* Office / administrative users
* Education consultants or service-based businesses
This arrangement is suitable for operators who do not need a full-time lease but want a regular, ready-to-use location in Toa Payoh. Preferred tenants are enrichment, education, training, learning support or office-based businesses. Other compatible uses may be considered.
