The rent includes weekly cleaning, WiFi and utilities
- utility bill (capped at $400: payment of any excess above $400 will be shared among the tenants, e.g., bill is $460. Each tenant will pay $10 each (if the total number of tenant is 6)

Monthly Maintenance Fee:
The $60 monthly maintenance include aircon service and minor repair cost . Above rent exclude monthly maintenance fees

Rental Process:
- the booking fee of $300 (will be offset from the security deposit)
- one-time fee of $30 for end of lease cleaning
- one-time administrative charge of $50
- 1 month security deposit
- stamp duty to be paid to the agent for filing the tenancy agreement
