Rent includes:

- Weekly cleaning for common areas (common toilet, kitchen, living area)
- Dedicated space in shoe cabinet and kitchen
- Quarterly aircon servicing
- Access to full condo facilities such as gym, swimming pool, sauna, etc.
Total of 5 rooms in the unit.
No owner staying, sharing with other working professionals:

- CHN lady in common room2
Master room will be available from 21 Jan 2024
- For 1 or 2 pax only
- Able to use the address for your EP, S-Pass, or work permit visa
- No agent fee, stamp duty fee applicable
Deposit: 1 month rent for long-term stay of 1 year or longer,
- minimum 3 months stay (additional $300/month for lease less than 1 year), 2 months deposit for short-term stay less than 1 year
Advantages:
- No restrictions on the usage of washer, dryer, electricity, etc. You can use them whenever necessary, just ensure you don't disturb other occupants and turn them off when not in use.
- Cooking is allowed as long as you don't disturb other occupants and clean up afterwards.
- No restrictions on what time you need to be back to the unit as long as you don't disturb other occupants.
- Visitors (1 person) are allowed, but no overnight stay.

The condo is conveniently located within a 7-10 minutes' walk from Pasir Ris MRT Station. It is a 30-minute ride to City Hall Station and a 40-minute ride to Orchard MRT Station.
Changi Airport is only a 10-minute taxi ride away, and there are also direct buses (bus no 53). It is also very convenient for those working at the airport or in the city.
