Terms and Conditions to note:
1) Aircon can only be switch on from 9pm to 7am daily. ( to be negotiated if shift duty or have other needs/requirements)
2) All lights and electrical appliances must be switched off when leaving the room for more than 15 mins.
3)Able to wash clothing 2 times per week. ( schedule to be discussed with landlord). Ironing board is provided and can be used by Tenant at request
4) Light cooking allowed but need to clean up after cooking immediately else this privilege will be removed.
5) No over night guests are allowed.
6) no additional Mini Fridges are allowed in the room
