Additional borne by the tenant:
- $50 maintenance fee monthly on top of rent (covers aircon servicing, top up of gas if needed, chemical washing if needed, all repairs work in room and common area)
- Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months)
- Admin fee $50 (one-time/renewal)
- Check out cleaning fee $30 (one-time)
