House Rules & Facilities:
• Cooking is allowed, but tenants must clean up immediately after use.
• Laundry: Up to 2 washes per week per room.
• Common areas are accessible to all tenants.
• Visitors are allowed, but no overnight stays. Please inform in advance to avoid disturbing other tenants.
• A weekly helper will clean only the common areas.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM — please keep noise levels low.
• Allocated spaces provided for kitchen cabinet, fridge, and shoe rack.

Other Terms:
• No smoking and no alcohol consumption allowed on the premises.
• No pets allowed.
