Looking for single female student to take up a common bedroom.
There's 2 common bedrooms for rent. Tenant can find a friend to stay together! You can refer to the pictures for room 1 and 2. For room 2, privacy sticker will be pasted on the glass wall. Each room will come with a bed and study table.
Tenant will be staying with a single lady landlord and 2 doggies. Utilities n Internet will be provided. Whole house is fully equipped with the necessary appliances. The landlord's concept is coliving, so appliances like coffee machine, steam oven and air fryer are free to use. The whole house is airconditioned and landlord will arrange for cleaning of the house weekly.
The benefits of renting a room vs renting the whole house is renting a room is more convenient and you don't have to worry about the hassle of servicing the aircon, dry cleaning the curtains or handing over cleaning after the lease ends.
