Ki Residences design has a strong concept that is informed and inspired by its environment and
the spirit of its place. The greenery, the serenity, the exclusivity, the natural setting, the
spacious grounds and the wholesomeness and well being of the occupants are what comes to
mind when we visit the site. We want to bring the spirit of this place, the genus loci, into all
aspect of the design. To do that, we borrowed heavily the word Ki in Japanese that happens to
encapsulate and represent some of the definitions of the main elements seen in the concept.
