- $55 maintenance fee monthly on top of rent (covers aircon and minor repair cost, bed and wardrobe not covered so ensure to check before moving in)
- Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months) one time
- Admin fee $54.50one time + moving out cleaning fee $32.70 one time
Things to take note:
- 7 days warranty period for your room
- Total 6 rooms in the unit, co-living shared space concept
If interested to take up the room, to place a non-refundable booking fee of $300. (A portion of the security deposit (SD) paid in advance. After signing agreement will transfer the SD balance. Upon move in will collect 1 month rental.)
Should you terminate the lease prior expiry date ,Security deposit will be forfeited plus you need to compensate the prorated commission paid by landlord to the agent .
First come first serve, booking fee can be placed anytime.
