- Fully furnished with air-con, fan, single bedframe & mattress, study table & chair, built-in wardrobe;
- Sharing common bathroom with 1 housemate;
- Additional smaller bathroom available in the service yard;
- Cosy apartment with a spacious living room, kitchen and balcony;
- Cooking is allowed (just clean up after use);
- Monthly cleaning by part-time helper (fees shared amongst 3 of us, around $20);
- Housemates are 2 easy-going Taiwanese and Singaporean FSS;
- Able to register address;
- Contract expires on 24 Feb 2025 (with the option to renew)

- No agent fee;
- Rental $1275 (not inclusive of utilities);
- Utilities deposit and rental deposit required (negotiable).
