Room inclusive as follows:

- Utilities covered up to $400 (Excess amount shared and bear by number of tenants in the house)

Additionally borne by the tenant:
- Monthly rental + $50 ( this includes aircon servicing and minor repair cost but repair does not include bed frame, mattress and wardrobe) & (covers aircon servicing, top up of gas if needed, chemical washing if needed)
- Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months)
- One-time payment of admin fee $50 + one-time moving out cleaning service fee $30
Things to take note of:
- The 1st 7 days warranty period for your room.
- Total 6 rooms in the unit, co-living shared space concept

- The contract is a standard contract across all tenants and is non-editable.
If interested, place a non-refundable booking fee of $1000 or 1 month of the rental whichever is lower. (A portion of the security deposit (SD) is paid in advance. After signing the agreement, will transfer the SD balance. Upon move-in will collect 1 month's rental.)
