Additionally borne by the tenant:
- Monthly rental + $50 ( this includes aircon servicing n minor repair cost but repair does not include bed frame, mattress and wardrobe) & (covers aircon servicing, top up of gas if needed, chemical washing if needed)
- Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months)
- One time payment of admin fee $50 + one time moving out cleaning service fee $30

Things to take note of:
- The 1st 7 days warranty period for your room.
- Total 6 rooms in the unit, co-living shared space concept
