Room Rental. Condo Common Room for Rent near Yew Mei MRT!
Living with a family of 4 (2 elementary school students). There are beds, wardrobes, lockers, desks, chairs, and clothes drying racks within the rental room. Tenant will be sharing the washing machine and toilet with the landlord family.
Rent includes
1) Washing machine once a week
2) The rent includes water, electricity, internet, and the use of air conditioning at night
3) If you need to turn on the air conditioner during the day and at any time, may need to increase the electricity bill as appropriate
4) No pets or visitors
5) No Cooking allow. You can boil water in an electric kettle to cook instant noodles.
6) Allow the owner to mop and clean the floor every weekend or tenant can clean it weekly himself/herself.
Landlord prefers Single Female Professionals and/or male and female students.
