this unit is both fantastic for investment as well as own stay, let me share with you why:
1) ceiling is higher than normal units and thus appear spacious, also comes with 581 sqft of living space, which makes it one of the bigger one bedroom sizes in the rangoon road area.
2) unit is bright and good layout.
3) always rented without gaps in between due to the strategic location. it is just across the road from Farrer park MRT exit, which links to the mega city square mall with many big brands such as don don donki, NTUC, many Japanese restaurants, kids amenities, ding tai Feng, Starbucks etc etc
4) Farrer park MRT is on purple northeast line and only two stops to dhoby ghaut, which is an interchange for red line, and circle line as well.
5)on Rangoon road itself, this development is the closest to the MRT.
6) if you do not wish to cross the road, we already have tons of eateries and minimarts just downstairs.
