There are 2 common rooms available:
1️⃣Common room A (larger): SGD 1200/m, it fits a double bed + a working desk.
2️⃣Common room B (smaller) is SGD 1000/m, it fits a single bed + a working desk.
Both rooms come with a standard wardrobe and a shared bathroom with one female tenant.
Co-living:

- They are quiet, respectful, and well-organized people
- No landlord staying
