- [ ] - $50 maintenance fee monthly on top of rent (covers aircon and minor repair costs due to wear n tear .
- [ ] Negligent damage may still be chargeable . Bed and wardrobe not covered so ensure to check before moving in)
- [ ] - Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months) one time
- [ ] - Admin fee $50 one time + moving out cleaning fee $30 one time
- [ ] Things to take note:

- [ ] Should you terminate the lease prior expiry date ,Security deposit will be forfeited plus you need to compensate the prorated commission paid by landlord to the agent .
