Air-con use is 7 hours per day regardless whether on morning shift or night shift.

Light cooking is allowed. Prefer no frying as it would make the kitchen very oily and dirty.
Big laundry area to sun or dry your clothes after washed.

The common room is windy, no afternoon sun,
Cozy, nice queen size bed, new aircon, wardrobe, wide study table & office chair etc.
Well-maintained common bathroom.
