I entered real estate as a deliberate pivot— one that allowed me to bring together the analytical discipline I developed in management consulting with a more human, empathetic way of working. My time as a management consultant, at PricewaterhouseCoopers trained me to see patterns, numbers and strategy clearly, but it was real estate that taught me how deeply personal decisions about space and home can be.

I have learned that the most meaningful outcomes come from balancing both: offering clients a grounded, numerical perspective while staying deeply attuned to how they want to live, feel and grow within a space.

In a traditionally male-dominated industry, I have chosen to lead quietly but firmly, guided by substance, care and consistency. I believe there are two ways to approach work — as a transaction, or as something you truly embody. I belong to the latter. What I do for my clients extends far beyond a deal; it is a relationship built on trust, one where I am often invited into their lives at pivotal moments. It is this trust — when clients tap me on the shoulder to guide them — that I value most.

Each client journey is unique, and being invited into their lives is a privilege that constantly motivates me. Curiosity, care, and the opportunity to create genuine value for others are what keep me inspired and moving forward every day.
