After 20 years in IT, I joined the real estate industry in 2009 and has not look back since. Main focus is on residential sales and rental. No deals are too small for me when I take it on, be it room rental or hotel sales. Understanding client's need, advise when necessary, patient, unassuming and willing to go the extra mile is my forte.
Finally, I summed up the RES' (Real Estate Salesperson) job as follows:
1) To assist someone to fulfill their dream/s OR
2) Helping someone to solve their problem/s
