Who Am I?

Kelvin Chen is Division Director of ERA Singapore leading Elite Division, a multi-skilled real estate sales division well exposed to real estate markets locally and overseas.

Graduated with a Degree in Business Management and started off as a banker working in consumer and corporate banking and consistently achieving Top Sales Achiever in quarterly and yearly awards with foreign banks for 8 years before venturing into Real Estate industry in 2013.

Kelvin achieved various milestones and made leaping achievements in his real estate career. Achieving individual achievers award shortly after joining ERA, and start building a team and within a year was awarded ERA TOP NEW Manager. Promoted to Division Director in about four and half years, probably the shortest in the ERA history. Partners of Preeminent Group, 4X Champion Team (2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017) in ERA.
