Who Am I?

I am majored in Accountancy during my high school. I worked for Global Tender Barges, an oil and gas firm in assisting of Drilling. Prior to joining Global Tender Barges, I was in a furniture rental company. I made a switch of career to Real Estate in 2011 at a young age.

As an accountant, I learnt to bring my passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house and to help sellers get the most value for their home. With the furniture rental work experience, I learnt to zoom myself into clients' needs and expectations, making sure I deliver my services and promises to them.

For the past 6 years, I have equipped myself with knowledge in every aspects of sectors in Residential, Commercial and Industrial. Especially for the past 2 years, I am specialized in Commercial where it is very wide sector where there are many kinds of business and each business has its own unique expectations and requirements. I will need to match each and every requirement for each and every kind of business. It was challenging for me but I have learnt alot from these experience. Recently, I have secured a Gym space of close to 6,000 sqft to my client and they were very happy as they have been searching for months.
