Greetings and welcome to my URL Site.

I joined the property industry in October 2011.
I started off focusing on the Private Residential segment, covering both landed and non landed properties,
and HDB too.
Slowly my interest in Commercial and Industrial Segment prompted me to pursue my passion in this area.
I took up courses to enhance my knowledge and attended numerous seminars to keep myself abreast of
the changes in this market segment.
70% of my time will be focussed on Commercial and Industrial activities and 30% will continue to be in the
Residential market where most of my transactions came as referral from my loyal and faithful clients.

Prior to joining the Property Industry, I have been working in the Electronic Industries for 25 years, starting off
with manufacturing and gradually went into Sales and Marketing. My last appointment was as Vice President of
the Electronics Division in a Singapore public listed company, covering the local market and all offices
in South East Asia, including South Korea and India.

Happily married with three wonderful children ( 2 boys and a girl). A faithful servant of our LORD, ever ready to
do HIS wonderful work and bringing more people to know the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I look forward to be of effective service to you. Unfortunately "hard Selling" is my main weakness because I
strongly believe in servicing based on the client's real needs.
