Garden Waterfront I & II @ Tengah November 2022 BTO

Tengah will launch two BTO projects in this November 2022 BTO exercise adding a total of 2,077 units of 2-Room Flexi, 3-Room, 4-Room and 5-Room flats to this new town. Garden Waterfront I & II @ Tengah are located along Tengah Garden Avenue.

This town will have many new features and being the first town to integrate housing developments with the surrounding greenery and biodiversity; first to have a car-free town centre next to a lush green park; first to have town-wide smart technologies; and there will be walking and cycling paths along all roads amongst others. Both developments are within walking distance to the proposed MRT Stations running on Jurong Region Line. Accessibility to other part of the island can be via bus services running along Bukit Batok Road; and Kranji Expressway (KJE), Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) and Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE).
 
School options in the neighbourhood include Jurongville Secondary School, Jurong Primary School, Hua Yi Secondary School, Fuhua Secondary School, Dunearn Secondary School, Dazhong Primary School, Dulwich College (Singapore), Millenia Institute, Princess Elizabeth Primary School, Bukit Batok Secondary School, St. Anthony's Primary School, Swiss Cottage Secondary School, Chua Chu Kang Primary School, Concord Primary School and Bukit Panjang Government High School amongst others. Other amenities such as a neighbourhood centre with integrated with polyclinic, health and medical care centre, community club will be built in the vicinity too. To fulfil your dining and retail needs, you might need to head to the nearby Bukit Batok and Choa Chu Kang Towns. Both sites are located near to the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE), some units might be affected by vehicle noise, however the noise impact might be buffered by the proposed park in between them.
